Referring a Client? We Are Honoured by Your Trust.

Aysh Clinics welcomes referrals from family physicians, imams, social workers, school counsellors, community organizations, and allied health providers across Ontario. We understand the complexity of referring within Muslim and South Asian communities — and we take that responsibility seriously.

Learn about our referral process and partnership opportunities

Who we accept referrals from?
• Family physicians and GPs • Imams, Islamic scholars, and masjid leadership • Social workers and settlement agencies • School counsellors and educational institutions • Hospitals and allied health providers • Community organizations serving Muslim, South Asian, and Arab communities • Ottawa Victim Services, shelters, immigration services
What to expect when you refer?
We will contact your referred client within 3-5 business days to begin our Culturally Aware Intake process. We provide updates to referring clinicians where consent is given, and we will always refer back to you if a client's needs fall outside our scope.
Can client insurance reimburse the cost of their therapy sessions?
Yes, we accept many insurance plans. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your coverage for therapy services. Our team is also happy to provide any necessary documentation for reimbursement.
Partner with us...
We are actively building meaningful partnerships with mosques, Islamic schools, universities, businesses, and community organizations across Ontario. Our vision is to support the wellbeing of our communities by equipping the people who serve them. Aysh Clinics is developing a range of programs designed to meet the needs of diverse community spaces. For schools and homeschool co‑ops, this includes the potential for teacher‑wellness and burnout‑prevention workshops, student emotional‑regulation sessions using the Aysh Toolkit, and parent‑bridge seminars that strengthen home–school collaboration. For masaajid and faith‑based spaces, we aim to offer mental‑health “First Responder” training for Imams and leadership teams, youth identity circles that nurture belonging, and family‑wellness talks grounded in Rahmah. For workplaces and businesses, we are preparing employee‑resilience workshops, faith‑sensitive leadership training for HR teams, and facilitated group sessions to help teams navigate high‑stress seasons or organizational transitions with clarity and care. If you are interested in exploring a workshop, establishing a referral pathway, or collaborating on community mental‑health programming, we would be honoured to connect and build something meaningful together.
