فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَّاضِيَةٍ

So he will be in pleasant life.

We are the Third Space you have been looking for...

Not secular. Not faith-heavy. Clinically rigorous, emotionally safe, spiritually grounded, and built for the whole of you.

Our Story

Aysh Clinics was founded on a simple truth: Muslim families in Ontario deserve mental health care that doesn't ask them to check their faith at the door, or translate their deepest pain into another language.

We are Ontario's own trauma-informed, multilingual, Islamically-aligned psychotherapy group practice — built on the 3D Healing Framework and guided by the principles of TIIP (Traditional Islamically Integrated Psychotherapy).

At Aysh Clinics, the word Aysh comes from:

Aaeeshatin Radiya (Quran 101:7)

- a well-pleasing, deeply fulfilling life.

This is not a promised outcome. It is the direction we journey toward together: a life marked by meaning, alignment, and inner ease.

We offer professional partnership, trauma-informed presence, and evidence-based support — as you cultivate your own definition of a life well-pleasing.

Our Three Promises. For every session.

CLINICALLY STRONG

Our practice meets or exceeds CRPO, PHIPA, and Canadian clinical documentation standards. Every clinician is registered or supervised by a Registered Psychotherapist. Our clinical toolkit includes EMDR, Parts Work, Gottman Method, DBT, MBCT, CBT, and more — delivered by clinicians trained in the complexity of bicultural, faith-integrated lived experience. Your privacy is protected by design. All virtual sessions are delivered through a PHIPA and PIPEDA-compliant secure platform. Your records are encrypted, your bookings are confidential, and your story will never overlap with your community.

EMOTIONALLY SAFE

You are safe here. Your emotions matter. Healing is possible. We create a shame-free environment where you can speak openly — without fear of judgment, cultural misunderstanding, or spiritual invalidation. You will never be asked to minimize, moralize, or explain yourself before the real work begins.

SPIRITUALLY GROUNDED

We treat faith as a source of resilience, meaning, and identity — never a barrier to healing. You will never have to explain Islam to us. We bring the literacy. You bring yourself. Islamic integration is always client-led — offered when helpful, never imposed. When you come to Aysh Clinics, you are not getting one therapist. You are getting the collective wisdom of our entire clinical team.

Our Mission

To provide world-class, trauma-informed, multilingual mental health care that seamlessly integrates clinical excellence with Islamic spiritual integrity — fostering a legacy of dignity, healing, and prosperity for our clients, our team, and the communities we serve. We are committed to making this care accessible through multilingual services, insurance-compatible billing, and tiered pricing.

Our Director

Ayesha Haroon founded Aysh Clinics with a conviction she has carried throughout her career: no one should ever have to choose between clinical excellence and faith. As Clinical Director, she brings that commitment into every session, every supervision, and every decision at this practice.

She is also a published author and a sought‑after speaker on faith, family, and psychological wellbeing. To know more about Ayesha, please visit: ayeshaharoon.com.

Collectively, our staff includes Psychologists, Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) and supervised interns. Across the team, our clinicians are trained in trauma‑informed care, EMDR, CBT, DBT‑informed approaches, family systems, attachment‑based work, and faith‑integrated counselling. Each clinician is committed to providing emotionally safe, culturally aware, spiritually grounded care that honors the lived experiences of the communities we serve.

Our Behavior Counsellors

Our Behaviour Counsellors work under the supervision of our clinical team and bring specialized training in supporting autistic children, neurodivergent youth, and families navigating behavioural, emotional, and developmental needs. Collectively, they are trained in behaviour intervention strategies, emotional regulation support, social‑skills development, visual communication systems, structured play‑based learning, and strengths‑based, neurodiversity‑affirming approaches. They assist with skill‑building, behaviour support plans, parent coaching, school‑based strategies, and home routines. Our Behaviour Counsellors are also trained in safety planning, crisis‑prevention techniques, and collaborative care, ensuring that every child receives support that is ethical, respectful, and aligned with modern best practices in autism and behavioural care.

Our Managerial & Administrative Staff

Our managerial and administrative team forms the backbone of Aysh Clinics, ensuring that every client and clinician is supported with care, clarity, and professionalism. This team oversees scheduling, client onboarding, communication, records management, and day‑to‑day clinic operations with a commitment to efficiency and compassion. They are trained in privacy protocols, trauma‑sensitive communication, culturally aware client support, and coordinated care practices. Their work ensures that our clinical team can focus fully on providing high‑quality therapeutic services, while clients experience a smooth, welcoming, and organized journey from the moment they reach out.
